How we use it

Your information is used to confirm and operate your tour, coordinate pickups, respond to enquiries, and — only if you opt in — send occasional deals and seasonal tips. Payment details are processed by our payment gateway and never stored on our servers.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the parties needed to run your tour (for example, attraction partners issuing your tickets) and where the law requires it.
