Tour guide showing guests the view of Niagara Falls

The locals behind the tours

We started with one Sprinter van and a conviction: a Niagara day trip should feel like a friend showing you around, not a cattle call.

Our story

Why we do this differently

Most Niagara tours are built around the vehicle: fill a 56-seat coach, march everyone through four stops, sell hard at the gift shop. We built ours around the day itself — small vehicles, unhurried timing, and guides who live in Niagara and genuinely never tire of watching first-timers reach the railing.

A decade on, we run six tour formats from a base at the Niagara Falls Innovation Hub, a few minutes from the brink. More than 9,000 guests have travelled with us, and the 4.9-star average is the metric we protect most fiercely.

The rules we won't break: prices with every inclusion listed, no pressure toward add-ons, free rescheduling, and a human answering the phone.

What we promise

The standards on every departure

Licensed & insured

Professional licensed drivers and commercial passenger insurance on every vehicle, every day.

Transparent pricing

The price you see covers everything listed. Add-ons are optional and quoted before you pay a cent.

Hospitality first

Water on board, patience with questions, flexibility when travel goes sideways. We're hosts before we're drivers.

Every traveller welcome

Families, solo travellers, seniors, celebrations — and wheelchair-accessible vehicles on request for private tours.

Built for the photo

Guides time stops for light and crowds, know every angle, and will happily take the hundredth family portrait.

Actually local

Based minutes from the Falls at the Niagara Falls Innovation Hub — this is our backyard, not a franchise territory.
