Cancellation & Refund Policy
Plans change — here is exactly how we handle it, in plain language, with no surprises buried in footnotes.
- ✓Cancel 96 hours (4 days) or more before pickup. You’ll receive a refund, less the 5% payment-processing fee described below, back to your original payment method.
- ✓Inside 96 hours. Cancellations made less than 96 hours before your scheduled pickup, and any missed pickups, are non-refundable, as vehicles and guides are already committed to your booking.
- ✓Free rescheduling. You can move your tour to another date at no charge, subject to availability, provided you let us know before your original pickup time.
- ✓Tours we cancel. If we cancel a departure — for example due to severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control — you’ll receive a refund, less the same 5% payment-processing fee.
- ✓5% payment-processing fee. A 5% fee is deducted from all refunds. This covers the non-refundable charge our payment gateway applies to the original transaction, and it applies to every cancellation or refund.
- ✓Processing time. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
